What does this mean?

Title and Meta tags are information inserted into the head area of your web pages.

In HTML code, the title tag specifies the title of your web page. Search engines display the title tag in the search results and the title is also displayed in the tab at the top of the browser window, making the title tag an important potential call-to-action.

Meta tag information in the head area of your web page's HTML code is not normally seen by those viewing your pages in browsers, but is important in search engine ranking.

The Meta Description tag is used to provide a short description of the contents of the page and allows you to influence the description of your page in the search engines that support the tag. They will display the text present in the Meta Description tag when the page appears in the results of a search. Including keywords in the Meta Description tag can improve the search engine ranking of a page for those keywords.

The Meta Keywords tag allows you to provide additional text for crawler-based search engines to index along with your body copy (page content).

To add a new page is as simple as completing an online form in the admin section of your site. This enables you to name the page and choose its location in the navigation tree. If you want to change this location at any time this is very easy to do. You can even make the page so that it is not available to the public if it is not required at the present but you may want to use it again, or while you work on it creating new content.
