SiteWrite Portal Directory© combines the basic functionality of SiteWrite© with the ability to provide an online directory listing of businesses or organisations.

A database driven directory which enables operators to create and manage listings of businesses or services, the site can also incorporate standard web pages to provide information such as: welcome to the site, about us, contact us, services provided, your privacy policy detailing what you do with information provided by visitors to your site and your terms and conditions for use of the site, plus much more. The list of pages can be customised to meet your specific needs.

For sites that require more complex content, the Enhanced Modules available in SiteWrite Pro© can be integrated within the solution that we develop for you.

The directory incorporates comprehensive browsing and searching, enabling visitors to easily find the information that they are looking for.

Businesses can have a basic listing which displays the following information in the desired category:

  • the business name
  • location
  • telephone number
  • contact name

The display can be customised to meet the requirements of an individual directory and may include a postcode, e-mail address or website address.

Businesses also have the opportunity to link from the basic listing to an enhanced listing, which is in reality a separate web page that contains both database driven information and CMS editable content.
